I am so excited to be writing about this Malibu Rocky Oaks Wedding editorial that I captured at my Cali Film Workshop which I co-hosted with Trynh Photo this past October. I was so thrilled with how it turned out and the magic that Amorology and Siren Floral created. The fact that I got to meet some incredible and talented photographers at the workshop was the best part! They came from all over even as far as Canada to learn from our amazing talented group. Here are some words from Amorology about the workshop:
We headed to Malibu Rocky Oaks for our California Film Workshop, which was taught by Lucy Munoz and Trynh Photo. Malibu seemed like a perfect place because we love the golden colors of the coastline and of course the weather is so beautiful year round. We wanted to highlight the landscape and took much of our inspiration from our natural surroundings. We started with an engagement session at Matador beach and were so in love with the beautiful golden hues as the sun was setting. Amorology paired the long flowy Carolina Herrera skirt with a mustard cami creating the perfect engagement outfit. The following day we headed to Malibu Rocky Oaks Vineyard because it has breathtaking views. Danielle Ryan Beauty created a soft updo and natural dewy makeup on our model. Siren Floral Co. brought in so many different floral textures and elements–it looked so heavenly! Amorology designed a colorful and refreshing palette of mustards, golds, creams and whites pulling in so many beautiful stylish pieces.
